Q: I don't have a credit card. Can I still call and place an order and pay by check?
A: Yes. You can call our Customer Service line at 1-800-560-6865 to place your order using a check by phone.
Q: How long does it take to get my Spree Card(s)?
A: We ask customers to allow 10-15 days for mailing time.
Q: Can I return my Spree Card(s) if I change my mind?
A: We do have a return policy in place if the card does not work for you, but with the amount of money you will be saving, you probably won't need to use it.
Using My Shopping Spree Card
Q: If I lose my card, can I get it replaced for free?
A: We cannot replace cards for free, but you can buy another for a discounted price. We suggest keeping your card in your purse/wallet so you won't have to worry about losing it.
Q: What if the merchant won't honor my card?
A: Contact our Customer Service Department right away at 1-800-560-6865 and they will be able to assist you.
Q: Can someone else, like a friend or family member use my card?
A: Yes. The cards are completely transferable, and you do not need to be present for others to use the offers.
Q: How do I use the Shopping Spree card?
A: Call the merchant to schedule an appointment, if required, or simply bring the card with you and show the merchant when you'd like to use their offer.
Q: Can I use the Shopping Spree Card at any of the business' locations?
A: The valid locations are listed directly on the Shopping Spree Cards.
Q: How long is the Shopping Spree good for?
A: The cards are valid for 9-12 months from the start of the promotion. We print the expiration date on the backside of each card.
Q: How do I tell which offers I have/haven't used?
A: Each offer has a corresponding offer number. All offer numbers are in a grid at the bottom of the card. When you use an offer, the merchant will cross off the corresponding offer number in that grid.
